so, having squealed loud enough the last time, I'll just say that today another nice thing happened: I was also accepted to the Haystack Mountain School of Crafts, which is basically summer camp and boot camp for artists and craftspeople. I'll be in session 3, working with Marian Bijlenga on (this is the cool part) stitched fabric circles with inspirations from and pieces of the Deer Isle coastline.
I'm delighted. But I won't shriek like that again. My ears are still ringing from the last one!
