bad week, no donut
Feb. 2nd, 2014 08:04 amWed I fell off the red horse. I thought most of the ouch was in my hip, but
Thurs the Dr. called and said a different specialist thought I'd broken my ankle but
Fri I got an "air cast", got yelled at by the Dr., declined crutches, organized for the set build but
Sat I had something like food poisoning and couldn't go more than 4 ft from the bathroom
my hip still hurts a lot, my ankle is dodgy but feels better when reinforced with the air-cast, I can do JUST FINE without the crutches, I am going to be a terrible old woman, all independent and fierce and short tempered, I have an appt with the orthopedist Tuesday, basically a week after the fall, to decide if I'm broken or not, but I'm pretty sure I'm doing the right thing for me, I mean generally I am pretty compliant but this is just STUPID, I could move the red horse back to her house which is cheaper or leave her at the barn with the indoor and hope I get better faster, AND the guy I work with only goes online to yell at people, and he hasn't reported to me what did get done at the set build yesterday
