Oct. 7th, 2009 06:53 amthe mice in this house have moved beyond free range to downright aggressive
last night, one was making his way from the bathroom to the cellar, and ran OVER MY TOES (which of course made me shriek like a girl, in part because I AM a girl and in part because there is something deeply startling about a truly bold mouse going over your toes)
i would like to extend my apologies to Al and Red Kate for laughing at them when they shrieked while mouse herding. That is one (possibly of a set of) forward mouse.
they were holding the mouse olympics in the kitchen last night after lights out - scrabbling and squeaking and rattling around - I know there was a 50 cm dash, and a high jump. What else do mousies do for exercise?
