dancing_crowI had lunch with an invisible friend from the internet and she was REAL, and excellent and funny, as was her friend with no lj, and there was a snow flurry and (ah people from California) she videoed it on her phone, and we were amused. We also went to "my" barn, and talked to all the horses, including the George Clooney horse and Nuada, and Margaret who is breeding ducks to look like penguins among other things, and then back to the bookmill ("Books you don't need in a place you can't find") and then they headed out into the blustery partly cloudy weather and I headed home.
I stopped for a fabulous muffin with Red Kate, and went further home and found Aerin ready to work on her armor, and on the whole things are good. I mean, friends, lunch, muffins, and laughing with your kids - that is pretty much a perfect piece of life, right there. Add in some horse scritching and really, not much more to ask for.
