dancing_crowSaturdays at the barn are really busy. All the people with real jobs show up. It is nice to see them, but I am always relieved when the outdoor ring is usable because there's so much more room in it. Kaboose is getting stronger and better. And I'm getting stronger and better. And her canter is getting better, finally.
My dad and step-mother are moving to the next town over. I went over to see their new place. It is smallish. I was thinking my brother will think it is a horrible place, and a dreadful idea, my mother would like it but she can't figure out how to move, I'm jealous of the bathroom on every floor and lots of closets, and over-all, they should be just fine. I'm really looking forward to having them closer. A weekly phone call is nice, but weekly dinner would be even better.
I was looking at birch trees, and thinking about the bark - and then thinking about what other trees have really characteristic bark.
