since I visited the tack shop yesterday and came away with two saddles to try, I skipped drawing class (because otherwise I would have stabbed him with a pencil if he told us one more time that Jackson Pollock was a druggie and a drunk and found inspiration head-butting concrete block walls) and sat saddles on the red horse. One is an ancient Passier (that used to be on the gray horse I ride), the other is a dover (?) but it is comfortable and seems to fit us both and is a quarter of the cost. I figure the mare has limited thrashing about time so we did just one today. I'll ride in the other on Friday. I find myself hoping I have a cheap ass when it comes to saddles, the way cheap britches fit me better than anything else.  

in other news, have a couple neurons. I like that all the thinking we do takes place between - in the interstices that form synapses, and not from things actually touching each other.
