dancing_crowit feels like i've been migrainey for days, waxing and waning
tried to have a lesson on Penny, but she was gimping, probably a shoe issue, the farrier is overdue and I got off again
got up to XF with new blankets for KAboose that Actually Fit her shorter body. short ride, no sweating.
lots of stooging about in the afternoon, including a cake for Al's birthday and cookies for Alice's school thing tomorrow, and then to the middle school for a talk about the Wright Flight program: 8th graders take 10 weeks of classes and a major test and are taken for a plane ride and allowed to fly the plane (with heavy oversight) Alice is enchanted with the thought that she'll fly a plane before she's allowed to drive a car.
Cake for Al: winter spice cake with whipped cream/applesauce/powdered sugar filling and frosting, and cider burnt sugardrizzled dripped kind of blopped on the top - the end result was tasty but really odd to eat
