What I want to say is: bad paint, dreadful brushes, weird process, why use gelatin at all?

What I will say instead is: brushes don't do what brayers should/could, Al is so kind about helping me, the paint might not be the problem...

Argh.

Also, no aurora visible to us here, although there should be according to .... everything. So we'll go look again, maybe from the north side of town.
