The chicks have multiplied and are now a flock. I'm only sorry I can't locate a scrap of white mohair to make a fluffy white one. Or a red-brown one. But the coop Alice made for them is full and she would like me to stop now.

Snow day today, which seemed unreasonable until mid morning when the storm really hit, and I was grateful to have everyone home already. Ice day tomorrow, on the strength of the forecast. Which sounds fine too.
