I love this guy.

I still have a bunch of the art from the February show in the back of my car. When people say they are sorry they didn't make it to the show, I beckon them out to see what's in the van. It is like a private show. Or art that fell off the truck.

I finished this large (and remarkably fabulous) horse yesterday. The whole piece is bigger than most of the things I have done to date. The size was an issue for some parts, and now I am thinking wistfully about a machine with a much deeper throat. Something more than 6" would be very nice. And then I think how self-indulgent it is to want a better machine, or a different machine than I have now. I love my current machine. It would still be lovely to have a bigger opening.

Anyhow.
