I'm not sure what else to say about anything -

I've been laid out by a lot of headaches, and slowly ramping up fluoxetine (ya, Prozac) as a preventative. It helps, bu tI still feel like I am perpetutally on the verge of a headache. I stopped taking the triptans because I ran out and it was freaking me out to have only one dose left. I have more now, and it makes it easier to think clearly about if I really need it or not.

In a strange turn of events, a persistent customer at the gallery wanted me to make the same piece over again, but wouldn't pay for a commissioned work because she insisted the gallery  could sell it if she didn't like it. So when she contacted me out of the blue, at least I knew who it was, and could respond in a way that didn't undermine my beloved gallery girl. Also we are going out to their house for supper on sunday, to admire the backyard, and maybe dig a hole with the earth moving equipment. Although it will be dark by the time we get there.

So although I started two pieces with trees and ponds and reflections, i am going to set them aside for a while, and if they make it to the gallery in the next month or two that will be fine. I have some leaves to explore, and some other landscape issues to make sense of.

I have some stamina back because I was really pushing Nuada along today, doing a LOT of trot and canter transitions, and maintaining forward motion. INside leg to OUTside hand, soften and turn. And CANter. And trot. and... a lot of that. We managed to keep that up for 30 minutes with only two short breaks, plus walking to start and end. My legs are less painful, my seat bones are returning to form. All very encouraging.

I still cannot do the whole workout AW gave me and then do anything else that day. I am just toasted, and also my knees are sore. I think the lunges are good for my knees, but in smaller doses maybe? I dunno.

The picture is from the walk in the woods on Friday. We just went out, and walked, for an hour or so.
