hi yes I would like to tell you something
not having a headaches when you wake is fucking amazing
also it makes it possible to have an actual day, with actual productivity and the making of lists and crossing things off them.
Today was mad productive and I am feeling pleased, and I remembered that in the dark of winter I do, in fact, need a second fluoxetine at bedtime. I do not know what is up with me and Prozac, because I respond to it an order of magnitude faster than I am supposed to, and I am grateful for that. Also today's visit to the pharmacy yielded advice from one of the pharmacists on a new injectable migraine med that has seriously rocked her daughter's world. So I called my Dr and asked if it might work for me, and I have an appointment to talk about it after I return from the Frozen North.
Or at least the Slightly Colder Than Here North; Alice and I are headed to see my mother, and then on to catch the Monday ferry to Monhegan. This is the time of year when the ferry runs three days a week, weather permitting, which means the whole out and back scrimmage is just three or four times as frustrating as usual, and there are no lobster rolls. We are to attend a Boar's Head ceremony on Epiphany, which should be a nice level of ye olde English countriyside surreal. Also singing, with harmonies. We have acquired new profoundly waterproof boots and long underwear for the trip, so we can splodge about with the nephew and help get dogs in and out.
The memorial gathering for my spare mother will likely be two weeks out. Whenever it is, I am going and taking my reluctant family as well. Some people need to be remembered.
Onward!
