Hey new peeps, and old ones with info - a friend of mine is moving from close to me to Seattle, and trying to find an apartment long distance is making her crazy. Any advice on locations, rentals and prices would be gratefully accepted - places to aim for, places to avoid... you know what I mean, yes?
