rejoined the Y, remembering a friend who used to say "no panic until after the exercise" - seems like a useful concept for the moment. So then I exercised. And then I had a panic. And then I rode a horse.
Kaboose, did well, but we can't halt. But her ears are staying above her withers, so I'm winning one battle. There's always another, isn't there?
probably will be unable to move tomorrow from teh stiffness and tired.
