casting class today. same school, same room, totally different teacher and completely different experience. Much happier. This is the first thing we made - a waste mold (press stuff into clay, make a wall, pour in plaster using explicated technique, let set and peel off clay. highly entertaining) And started a one piece press mold.

I had a forced nap (tipped over on the couch, drooling) yesterday and felt so bizarre I couldn't do anything - I managed to make a truly sub-par circle, and went to bed, to sleep and drool in relative comfort.
