Feb. 24th, 2012 08:45 pmfull day. Lesson on Kaboose - we're getting better, which is reassuring when I consider how stuck I felt at the end of the summer.
Rode the good gray horse, had some fun, got him limbered up, and went home to clear off two shelves so I can take care of my dad's Christo books.
We have all the volumes documenting the really big projects, from Valley Curtain and Running Fence to Reichstag and Pont Neuf. My dad was a consulting engineer on all the ones that had water involved (rivers, oceans, Miami harbor) so they are thank yous from Christo and Jeanne-Claude for each project. Which I think is incredibly cool. But I still had to swear I wasn't going to let them get wet in the cellar.
