well.

I have been wrung out like a sponge, inflated with air, probed from one end to somewhere in the middle (under some Verra Lovely drugs Thank You Very Much) and after some heavy duty napping I am sitting on the couch make abominable abdominal rumblings. 

I made a circle for today but Al says I can't post it. 

Tomorrow will be better. It should, in any event, be substantially quieter.
