bitter cold, but I rode anyhow. yay long underwear.

And then marched halfway up Mt. Sugarloaf (which Aerin used to call Mt. Sugarlump) to test my foot and realized it is better. a second yay! 

had my mammogram this morning - uncomfortable, yeah, but mostly shocking how large they are when squished

finished with a migraine and a nap on the couch, through the bassoon practice. The kids said I was dreaming, and making weird noises.
