I had to type intercostal three times before I got it right instead of intercoastal - I have intercostal muscles, and I seem to have stained one, not an intercoastal muscle, or indeed, an intercoastal waterway in my ribs.

apparently while I was picking out a hoof this morning, minding my own business, I pranged something between my ribs and it hurts something fierce. bad enough that I couldn't do more than walk Image, and he needed the work, so Janice hopped on him and made him dance. that was awesome. continuing to hurt bites. Consensus online seems to be ice it, asprin/whatever myself, and it will probably be 2-3 weeks before I'm useful again.

I'm a tiny bit grateful that I was planning on vacation two weeks away, and I guess I may have to take it easy next week as well.
