fell off the red mare, was just hacking about bareback, trying to be relaxed and not stupid; failed not-stupid. Got back on, didn't pass out before I managed to get some verra-nice leg yields out of her, then I let her off the hook. she was insufficiently embarrassed.
sore all along the front of me: chin and nose, front of chest, major road rash down the front of my leg (I made the shower ring with yelling getting it clean)
Aerin and Alice were sorry enough for me they did the food shopping while I slept off the shakes. I should probably go feed them.
