distracted much?

dancing_crowwhen I was working on the summer piece, I was impatient to start the fall piece
when I was working on the fall piece, I kept being haunted by the limited palette and serenity of the winter piece
now I'm working on the winter piece, and it feels like there are so many other, much more fun projects pressing for attention
The fun horse show yesterday was .... complicated and confusing
I got told to do a lot of different and sometimes mutually contradictory things by the same person, even to being sworn at, which was unexpected and kind of unnerving
my partner was awesome - fun, cheerful, moderately fearless, making me laugh and vice versa
we laughed all the way through our performance, and we made the judges laugh, no one got hurt, we even had some fabulous moments
the people from the other barn that brought 9 (!!nine, in three different trailers!!) horses down from VT I think had fun, and I thanked them again for coming, and they said they'd do it again
So I think I worried and pissed off and scared the women who own and run the place, but everyone else seemed pleased and amused. That is a complicated result.

- the blank sock yarn is finally wound (thank you Red Kate!!) which means I can try to figure out the (scary) knitting machine (of doom) to knit blanks for dyeing long color changes\
- indigo is riveting
- moar tiny things in tins!!!! have fun!!
- some ponies?? would they be fun or a trial?
