I was going for the ice on everything that made them delay school today, but the snow hat on the barby was an added bonus in this one. The whole world glittered, and we skated about until it melted.

I rode Image, after I finally delivered a pile of children (neighbors too - everyone wakes up and car pooling is easier). He was cold and grumpy until we got moving and then we got some nice trot work. I am still working too hard, and our canter departs suck. Actually maintaining out canter kinda sucks as well.

I was offered a ride on another horse at the barn where Image is, when his owner is away. I'll learn where his stuff his and any major ticks on Friday.

The weather has completely borked the footing for the Canadian mares, so they are off the hook unless I decide to go work on clicker stuff and ground work with them. I am very pleased I got a chance to take them out in the deep snow when it was fun!
