I've been feeling un- a lot lately: unsure, unhinged, unmoored, unhappy ...there were other ones, but as I was listing them to myself in the car, I wondered if I was thinking myself into a rut. I mean, with mad, if you rehearse the reasons you have to be mad, you get madder. It is a bad feedback loop. I think if you rehearse the reasons you have to be content, or happy, or at least not miserable, then you are starting a gratitude loop and it will propagate. So I thought maybe I could feel more re- if I could think of the right words. Re(as)sure sounds pretty good, actually. Rehinged and remoored seem to indicate being reattached to things that keep me stable.

Rehappy is just weird though.
