last four days of circley things

Saturday and Sunday at MIT waiting for the kids to finish with SPLASH. Some time waiting around MIT, some time bashing around Cambridge including a long long lunch with a person I hadn't seen since high school, and a two hour lunch on sunday at Legal Seafoods, culminating with boston cream pie done the way I always wished it had been done.
Today i was at school working at learning sound. There are so many levels of redirection, it makes my head spin. I stayed for the concert, watched the mixing, helped take it all down, and the farted around in the black box theater getting wire run to speakers and focusing lights.
S. has demoted me again. The fucker. I used to be Student Tech Advisor. now I'm Student Tech Trainer. And he doesn't tell me anything. The kids tell me things, and I just keep showing up. I SO WANT TO BITE HIM.
