have a ghost leaf from the second (of four) trees on my 1/8 acre
Talked to my dad, he sounded so much better - very nearly chipper. He was being attended by a pair of occupational therapists who were going to teach him some assistive technology for getting his pants on. The world is much more manageable when you can put pants on. He is being transferred out here Thursday or Friday, and then I can go SEE him and TOUCH him and I will feel better.
For so many reasons, from weather to family stuff, I haven't ridden since Monday and I won't again until Friday, when I have a lesson. Argh.
still. Things are looking up. generally.
