Honestly, what isn't to love about a horizontal tree? Alice has been up and down it repeatedly, and Aerin noticed she was climbing the tree from the top down.

I'd be happy to leave it where it is for a while, but it is blocking the bikes in the garage, and it would give the other neighbor an aneurysm. Mostly it is about the bikes. and maybe getting into the backyard via the usual gate again.
