disconnected, disoriented, wary
I had planned to work today on the last of the didactic food props, but ended up staring at the computer screen for hours. Nothing much else happened or is happening, and the stuff still has to be done. It will, tomorrow, or Saturday, or sometime before Tuesday which is my internal deadline.
Because on Wednesday I pack for taking to the sea, and on Thursday I go to see my mither (unless I go Friday) and Sunday I join my boat in Camden and we go cruising for an week. And I talk about the geological history of Maine, Glaciers and landforms in New England (subtitled Ice Ice Baby) and one more thing which I will decide on soon, I hope. Maybe something about fisheries. Maybe something about whale evolution.
The weather is gorgeous - cool and bright - although pollen filled. I'm thinking about getting my boat onto its trailer so I can row before I leave, but that depends on finishing the props. I really have to finish the props. Really.
