I was thinking about stitching after cutting. Now I think I need to cut from the edge into the center and see what I can do.

I met in internet friend by walking next door to the St. Lucia party where Eva-Q gets to wear a wreath of candles on her head and we sing (in Italian, but also English) about meeting Santa Lucia by moonlight. It also turns out she is living down the street from my favorite-neighbors-who-moved-away (clearly, otherwise she'd be on my street)(which would be awesome).

My legs are sore from riding again on Friday, but Hey!! I rode again on Friday! and I'm not broken! so win!

I'm taking my dad to the Messiah Sing tomorrow, which could be fun and might not be. He complains mightily about how hokey Handel is, but I think once he's in it, he might like it. I am just dreadfully sorry the Halleluiah chorus comes in the middle, instead of at the end where it belongs. And I can't spell hallejuliah - it comes out all different kinds of ways but spell check has my back here unless I want to demonstrate my ignorance on the topic.
