I have run, farther than ever (EVAR) before inmy life, and then I biked to town and had Church of Yoga. For an hour and a half. (I am slightly ashamed that the physical aspects like stretchy and strength are more important to me than the short lecture on the yogic universe/theory that happens at the beginning of class. But I like a lot of the imagery, like the light from my heart shining out.)
