I am thinking about how to do something every day.

I can't even brush my teeth every day (I know, ugh! but it isn't very often, I promise) so working on doing something creative every day is hard. The postcard project was a fairly huge undertaking (for me, others have continued with one a day or one a week projects for YEARS, which is astounding and utterly beyond what I want to do with my life) and I haven't been able to harness or tap into that particular creative energy since. Which is kind of a bummer.

On the other hand, I still have about 200 fabric postcards that are not selling well, and are still cluttering up my space (I owe [livejournal.com profile] magpie49  one, which now that I have found them in the workroom should be in the mail this week). Do I need to add to that pile? not really. Do I need to add larger works to the pile, face down in the corner? not really. Can I actually stop making things without getting grumpy and itchy? no, not at all. Does knitting work as an outlet? not really.

leaving me at loose ends, as well as itchy and grumpy.

At the moment, I am thinking about a sweater for the baby nephew, and a lot of photographs.

stay tuned. or not. you know?
