skeins of geese are overhead, looking like flying saucepans and barking
crows are flocking away from last night's roost
a medium horde of starlings are swooping over the fields next door
the moon was visible and gorgeous this morning, taking kids to school - a clean cloudless sky and a perfect sunrise
from here on, the days just get longer
